Overview of Position:

4Front Engineered Solutions is the industry leader in high performance doors and loading dock equipment in North America. Our high-performance door division has experienced exponential sales growth and we are looking to add additional support for our external sales team. The inside sales role will be based in Kenosha, WI focused on providing pre order support for the Regional Sales Managers and Vertical Segment Managers. This is a fast paced and customer centric role, so we are looking for motivated individuals that can think outside the box to provide support to our external sale team and customers. The 4Front High Performance Door business focuses on applications in Manufacturing, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Retail Automotive, Cold Storage, among many other segments.

I. Description of Duties/Responsibilities/Requirements:

· Maintain contact with existing and prospective HPD customers in specific accounts as assigned

· Identify capital equipment and / or local expense projects within existing accounts as assigned

· Maintain account lists and contacts as necessary in Dynamics CRM

· Draft proposals & users lists as assigned

· Promote focus products to existing accounts as assigned

· Complete 6 / 12 month follow up calls for identified purchases

· Review architectural prints for proposal preparation

· Work up proposal pricing for RSM’s as needed

· Create / Review Scope of Work documents for proposal

· Gather local labor proposals for combined offerings

· Perform effective online demos to distributors as part of the quotation process.

· Work with the RSM team to update weekly order forecasts in CRM.

· Support Regional Business Managers in their specific territories as well as distributors with segment specific penetration strategies.

· Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from, existing customer end user lists, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, newspapers and other sources.

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.

· Develop and maintain relationships active 4Front HPD distributors within assigned territories.

· Coordinate, plan and execute all details of the HPD plant fly in program.

Other Responsibilities:

· General sales support as necessary

· Other duties as assigned

· Travel may be required as determined by management, less than 10%

II. Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma. It is desirable for the employee to have accomplished additional training in office and/or sales and marketing procedures.

· Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Requires the ability to function as a team member and contribute to group goals.

· Requires considerable attention to sales/marketing administrative related details.

Requires the ability to use a variety of office equipment such as spreadsheet, word processing, and sales administration software, calculator, telephone, photocopier, and computer printer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
